Terry Mattingly, EdS.

Terry Mattingly graduated with an Ed.S. degree in School Psychology, and she has been a school psychologist since 2002. She runs her own private practice specializing in the completion of psycho-educational evaluations to evaluate children and adults for learning, attention and behavioral problems. She conducts parent training and develops behavioral support plans for children experiencing behavioral difficulties in the school and/or home setting. Her areas of expertise include Gifted children, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Dyslexia, and families in High Conflict. She does counseling with children and adolescents along with family and co-parenting counseling.

Her private practice has allowed her to develop skills in a wide variety of areas, and she currently serves many roles in the Family Court arena. She has been serving as a Qualified Parenting Coordinator since 2008, and she has assisted over 40 families in this capacity. She also completes Social Investigations and serves as a Court-Appointed Guardian ad Litem. She has extensive experience testifying in Family Court proceedings, and she presents regularly at local and state conferences. She has also developed a program training mental health professionals to conduct Social Investigations and provides the training several times a year.
